ag77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ag77 is not responsible for the quality or reliability of your internet connection or device, which may affect game performance.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and ag77 regarding these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ag77's internal customer support process. Complaints may be submitted via the in-platform chat or by emailing support@ag77.bio. ag77 aims to resolve all player complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
